Technical Lead for World Bank SHARE II Proposal Development

About the role

The Technical Lead will design the technical approach for the World Bank SHARE II health systems proposal, coordinating with the bid team, consortium partners and technical advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall technical design, ensuring coherence with World Bank priorities and evaluation criteria.
• Develop and refine the Theory of Change, results framework, and logframe for the SHARE II project.
• Coordinate consortium design discussions, integrate stakeholder feedback, and ensure compliance with OP 7.30, PDO, procurement and ESF requirements.
• Oversee technical sections of the narrative and annexes, aligning them with the budget and cost‑optimisation principles.
• Participate in budget meetings, review cost estimates, and provide feedback on partner budgets.

Required profile

• Extensive professional experience in health systems strengthening and primary health care.
• Proven experience in large‑scale donor proposal development, preferably for the World Bank.
• Strong coordination skills with multi‑partner consortia and ability to lead technical design discussions.
