About the role
We are looking for a Technical Integration Support Lead to guide merchants and partners through seamless integrations with our Payment Gateway and SoftPOS solutions. You will act as the primary technical contact, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and successful go‑live deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead merchant integration projects for Payment Gateway and SoftPOS.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to APIs, transactions, webhooks, SDKs, and plugins.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, Operations, Sales, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist merchants during testing, onboarding, and production rollout.
- Maintain clear integration and troubleshooting documentation.
- Manage escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in fintech, payment integrations, or technical support.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and payment flows.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
