Humanitarian Access and Security Manager – Sudan

About the role

Humanity & Inclusion (HI) is seeking a Humanitarian Access and Security Manager for its operations in Tawila, Sudan. The position starts on 1 September 2026 and is a six‑month fixed‑term contract. HI is an independent and impartial aid organisation that works in contexts of poverty, exclusion, conflict and disaster, supporting people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups. Since 1982, HI has operated in more than 55 countries, managing a budget of around 200 million euros and employing roughly 4 000 staff worldwide. HI’s work is guided by the principles of independence, impartiality and neutrality, and it strives to respond to essential needs, improve living conditions, and uphold dignity and fundamental rights.
