Assistant Manager – Service (Automotive)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Service will lead the expansion and penetration of original equipment (OE) spare parts, genuine oil, tyres, batteries, and accessories across Sudan. This role supports dealers, drives network growth, and ensures high workshop performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Increase dealer adoption and sales share of OE spare parts and genuine oil, monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Expand tyre and battery programmes, boost wholesale volume, and ensure product availability.
• Identify high‑potential spare‑part and accessory categories, support merchandising, bundling and promotional strategies.
• Map potential new dealer locations, evaluate market gaps, and support onboarding of new dealers.
• Conduct parts training, assist service training teams, and strengthen dealer staff capability to recommend and sell parts.
• Ensure workshop compliance with SOPs, monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and drive improvement plans.
• Prepare and share warranty and other performance reports on a monthly basis.

Required profile

• 5 to 20 years of post‑qualification experience in the three‑wheel automobile industry.
• Relevant engineering degree such as DME, DAE, BE (Automobile) or BE (Mechanical).
