Operations Manager

About the role

Mi-Doar is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities for its infrastructure projects in renewable energy, telecommunications, data centers and smart systems. Based in New Cairo, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise execution of infrastructure projects across multiple domains.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, allocate resources and monitor timelines.
• Implement operational policies, manage vendors and contractors.
• Track KPIs, produce reports and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational risks and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with company growth.

Required profile

• Strong operations‑management background with planning, process optimisation and performance monitoring.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in engineering or field‑operations settings.
• Ability to work on‑site in dynamic field conditions while upholding safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
• Previous experience in technology, infrastructure or industrial environments.
