Sales Team Leader

About the role

The Sales Team Leader will manage and coach a group of sales professionals on‑site in Maddi, driving revenue and growth for a financial consulting firm. This full‑time position focuses on setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high‑quality client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and train the sales team to achieve daily and weekly objectives.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Oversee prospecting activities, manage client relationships and ensure consistent follow‑up on leads.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and forecasts.
• Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ethical sales practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
• Support continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and produce performance reports.
• Solid organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
