Field Verification Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Field Verification Officer to join our verification team. The role involves on‑site visits to confirm address and employment information, as well as supporting education and document checks. The successful candidate will work independently, travel locally and ensure accurate data entry.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer or employee locations for address verification
• Verify employment details by visiting company offices when required
• Support education and document verification activities
• Conduct phone‑based verification checks
• Update verification details in the system
• Capture required photos and field evidence using mobile applications
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on time
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Report any incorrect or unclear information to the operations team

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales or similar roles
• Graduate degree
• Comfortable with local travel; own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and reporting tools
• Good communication skills in the local language; basic English preferred
