Programme and Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking a Programme and Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen health service delivery across Kordofan states in Sudan. Based in Al‑Fulah, the incumbent will ensure effective coordination of TB, HIV and malaria programmes while overseeing end‑to‑end supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation and oversight of TB, HIV and malaria programmes across Kordofan.
• Participate in coordination platforms, technical working groups and partner forums.
• Conduct field monitoring visits to assess service quality, facility functionality and programme performance.
• Align state‑level implementation with national health strategies and monitor implementing partners.
• Oversee forecasting, logistics, storage and last‑mile distribution of health commodities.
• Support data collection, validation and reporting through DHIS2 and LMIS.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare technical and operational reports for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in public health, health sciences, management, social sciences or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in programme management, supply chain or monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience working in conflict‑affected or hard‑to‑reach environments.
• Strong knowledge of public health programmes, especially TB, HIV and malaria.
• Proven experience in stakeholder coordination and performance monitoring.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
