Parts Coordinator & Warranty Administrator

About the role

Monza SAL is seeking a full‑time Parts Coordinator & Warranty Administrator to support its armored and electric vehicle operations in El Fil. The role ensures that parts are available when needed and that warranty claims are processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage parts orders, inventory levels and stock for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Process warranty claims, verify eligibility, prepare documentation and follow up with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Update ERP/inventory systems, track shipments and maintain accurate parts and warranty files.
• Coordinate with service and workshop teams to schedule repairs and ensure timely parts delivery.
• Communicate parts status and warranty coverage to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of parts and warranty processes.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Experience in inventory control, parts ordering, stock management and basic logistics.
• Knowledge of warranty procedures and claim follow‑up, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency with office software and ERP or inventory management systems; high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with technicians, service advisors and external partners.
• Technical or vocational diploma, or a bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
