Import Service Delivery Customer Service Representative

About the role
This position is responsible for providing import‑related customer support, collaborating with the team to deliver service aligned with business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and respond to import amendment requests from POLs.
- Prepare, review and send import manifests (hard copies) to Customs, 3PF, SPC, Tax, etc.
- Upload and prepare Delivery Orders in the system and update the ASYCUDA customs system with import voyage manifests.
- Issue import local invoices such as Telex Release, OBL re‑issuance, certificates, and manage delivery order files ensuring completeness and correct documentation.
- Assist the Customer Service team with daily tasks and handle counter inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Excellent command of the English language.
