Medical Laboratory Technician – Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Laboratory Technician to join Nawa Medical Services in Khartoum as a Sales Representative and Application Specialist. The role blends scientific laboratory expertise with sales and customer relationship management to promote and support our range of laboratory analyzers, diagnostic equipment, and consumables.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell laboratory analyzers, diagnostic instruments and consumables to hospitals, labs and clinics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and application training for end‑users.
• Install, commission and support laboratory equipment together with the service engineering team.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting and customer education to maximise instrument performance.
• Prepare quotations, follow up sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate laboratory solutions.
• Participate in exhibitions, workshops, product launches and other marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
• Experience working in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory analyzers and laboratory workflows.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and results‑oriented with a strong sales aptitude.
• Willingness to travel within Sudan for customer visits and installations.
