Country Partner & CXO (Founding Leadership Role)

About the role

This is a founding leadership opportunity to become the Country Head/Partner for a SaaS automation provider in a selected market. You will be the primary point of contact for all business, partnership, and operational activities, building the company’s presence from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for the assigned country.
• Generate leads, conduct outreach, and close deals with local clients and audit firms.
• Oversee client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing service delivery.
• Handle financial planning, pricing decisions, and discount approvals.
• Develop and manage partnerships with local cybersecurity and audit ecosystems.
• Provide full oversight of business operations, including future team expansion and office setup.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, or SaaS advisory.
• Strong network within the audit, compliance, or regulated‑industry ecosystem in the target country.
• Experience communicating with CXO‑level or senior management stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in an early‑stage, high‑growth environment.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, management, or a related field (preferred).

• Knowledge of ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of SOC 2.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF.
• Knowledge of GDPR.
• Knowledge of DPDP.
