Sales Account Executive

About the role

Qureos is seeking a high‑performing Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth for its AI‑powered recruitment platform. The role focuses on the UK market, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, and contributing to the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including outbound outreach, discovery, negotiation and closing.
• Target and acquire mid‑market and enterprise accounts across the UK.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quota.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and talent acquisition teams to position Qureos’ AI hiring solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and report on sales metrics.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales, preferably as an Account Executive.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of the UK business culture, procurement processes and buyer behaviour.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
• Strong consultative and solution‑selling capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
