HR Coordinator (M/F) – Khartoum

About the role

Solidarités International is seeking an HR Coordinator (M/F) for its mission in Khartoum, Sudan. The position starts on 15 December 2026 and is planned for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment. The role will support the humanitarian response in a context of ongoing conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) that began in April 2023. The successful candidate will work within a diverse team of expatriates, national staff and volunteers, contributing to the organization’s mandate to provide food, water, shelter and health‑related assistance.
