About the role
NTU International seeks a Non-Key Expert to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations into the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme, ensuring inclusive participation and equitable access to opportunities generated by the cooperation.
Key responsibilities
- Support systematic integration of gender equality and social inclusion across programme activities.
- Ensure gender‑responsive implementation, inclusive stakeholder participation and equitable access to programme benefits.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in gender equality, social inclusion or inclusive development in international cooperation.
- At least 4 years designing and applying gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes.
- Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
