Partnerships Officer (P-2)

About the role

The Partnerships Officer (P-2) supports UNICEF Sudan in delivering life‑saving programmes by strengthening donor reporting, visibility and strategic communication. Working at the intersection of programme delivery, partnerships and external communication, the officer ensures that UNICEF’s impact is clearly documented and communicated to donors, partners and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Produce evidence‑based reports that link resources to outcomes and demonstrate measurable impact for children.
• Maintain strong donor reporting compliance and enhance visibility of UNICEF’s humanitarian financing.
• Develop and disseminate narrative outputs that accurately reflect operational realities, challenges and lessons learned.
• Showcase UNICEF’s leadership, scale and partnerships within the humanitarian response.
• Collaborate with programme, partnership and communication teams to align messaging and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in humanitarian coordination, programme delivery or donor reporting.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into clear, outcome‑focused narratives.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to work under security and operational constraints.
• Familiarity with UNICEF’s mandate and the Sudan humanitarian context.
