About the role
We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will craft, film, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content while fostering community interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
- Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
- Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts with mobile/desktop video editing tools.
- Monitor all social media channels, respond to comments and DMs, and nurture community engagement.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability, and effective time‑management.
- Reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
- High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CapCut.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere.
- Proficiency with Canva.
