About the role
Nawa Medical Services is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Secretary to support its executive team in Khartoum. The role focuses on efficient clerical management, document handling, and delivering high‑quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage filing, document management, and data entry tasks.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email communications.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for executives.
- Maintain organized office operations and support logistics agents.
- Provide customer service by addressing client inquiries and following up on requests.
Required profile
- Proven experience in clerical and secretarial duties.
- Strong communication skills for written and verbal interactions.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical sector is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
