Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team. In this independent contractor role you will own the paid‑search strategy, building, scaling and optimizing campaigns that generate qualified leads, maximize ROAS and lower CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and execute full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, write compelling ad copy and manage bidding strategies.
• Perform A/B testing and continuous optimisation to improve conversion rates.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4.
• Deliver clear, data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic and revenue.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to maximise ROI across multiple accounts or projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and translate them into actionable optimisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven effectiveness in a remote work environment.
