SEO/SEM Specialist – Drive Organic & Paid Search Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to own both organic and paid search initiatives. The successful candidate will shape keyword strategies, optimise website content, and run high‑performing PPC campaigns to boost visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimisation to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site structure for SEO and better user experience.
• Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and coordinate with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximise ROI and minimise cost per acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyse website analytics (GA4), PPC initiatives, and SEO performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links, keyword strategies, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup supply to ensure zero downtime during work hours.
