Service Engineer

About the role

The Service Engineer will support the Service Manager in overseeing technical service activities across the assigned region, ensuring high‑quality after‑sales support for Liugong construction machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and evaluate technical services performed by regional distributors and propose improvement plans.
• Assist dealer after‑sales departments with on‑site warranty repairs and provide technical support.
• Visit key customers regularly to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Liugong product maintenance for dealers and users.
• Coordinate spare‑parts purchase lists and ensure timely return of required documentation.
• Monitor product failure trends, report major issues, and contribute to technical product improvements.
• Facilitate communication between users, maintenance centres, and internal departments.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical design, mechanical repair or a related engineering field.
• More than 5 years of experience maintaining construction machinery.
• Strong analytical, judgment and communication abilities.
• Ability to work abroad for extended periods and operate independently.

Required skills

• Mechanical design and repair knowledge.
• Construction machinery maintenance expertise.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and communicating in English (CET‑4 level or equivalent).
• Competence with common office software.
