Service Engineer – Construction Machinery

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to support the technical service network for Liugong construction machinery within a defined region. The role involves coordinating after‑sales activities, providing on‑site warranty support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the service manager in overseeing technical service work and evaluating regional distributors.
• Guide Liugong dealer after‑sales departments to perform on‑site warranty and repair tasks.
• Visit customers regularly to maintain and strengthen key accounts.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Liugong product maintenance for dealers and users.
• Coordinate technical consultations and training to improve user competence and proper product usage.
• Help dealers compile spare‑parts purchase lists.
• Ensure dealers submit required service documentation in line with the Technical Service Manual.
• Monitor product failure trends, report major issues, and support product improvement initiatives.
• Liaise between the office and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical design, mechanical repair, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining construction machinery.
• Strong knowledge of Liugong product structures, principles, and performance.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication (CET‑4 or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently abroad for extended periods, with a resilient and hard‑working attitude.
