Senior Accountant Manager

About the role

TAYOC COMPANY is seeking a Senior Accountant Manager to lead its accounting function remotely. In this full‑time position you will oversee financial reporting, manage journal entries and fixed assets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day accounting operations and mentor the accounting team.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and manage month‑end close processes.
• Oversee journal entry preparation, fixed‑asset accounting, and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support budgeting initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• Proven experience in senior accounting or managerial roles.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
