About the role
TGH is seeking a Project Manager to lead emergency and resilience programmes funded by ECHO, OCHA‑SHF and French government donors. The role oversees the full project cycle, from planning and budgeting to implementation, monitoring and reporting, while ensuring close collaboration with local partners in Sudan.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor project activities in line with donor requirements and TGH’s strategic objectives.
- Manage project budgets, financial tracking and procurement processes.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, including national and expatriate staff.
- Coordinate with local partners, conduct needs assessments and ensure documentation of all field activities.
- Lead technical reviews and work with the MEAL team to design and apply monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning plans.
- Prepare donor reports, knowledge‑management outputs and ensure compliance with funding agreements.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing donor‑funded humanitarian projects, preferably in emergency or resilience contexts.
- Strong understanding of WASH, food security, livelihood and protection sectors.
- Ability to work in complex, insecure environments and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills for needs assessment and project evaluation.
