Field Verification Officer – Sudan

About the role

The Field Verification Officer will support verification operations across Sudan by conducting on‑site visits and phone‑based checks. You will be responsible for confirming residential addresses, employment details, education records and related documents while maintaining high data accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer or employee locations to verify residential addresses.
• Confirm employment information by visiting workplaces or contacting companies.
• Support education and document verification activities.
• Perform phone‑based verification checks with relevant parties.
• Capture photos and field evidence using mobile applications.
• Update case information and verification details accurately in the system.
• Prepare and submit verification reports within required timelines.
• Identify and report discrepancies or incomplete information to the Operations Team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, investigations or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Willingness to travel locally within Sudan; own vehicle and valid driving licence are preferred.
• Basic proficiency with mobile applications and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and/or local languages; basic English preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
