Area Sales Manager – Poultry Equipment

About the role

FAMSUN is looking for a Poultry Equipment Key Account Manager to develop the feed mill and poultry farming equipment market, manage key customer relationships and drive project-based sales across the region. The role combines technical knowledge of poultry farming systems with commercial ability, focusing on integrated solutions for broiler, layer and breeder farms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the regional market for poultry farming equipment (broiler, layer, breeder) and feed mills.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with poultry and feed mill integrators, farm owners and investors.
• Develop and manage sales channels, including agents, distributors and technical consultants.
• Engage with government authorities, agricultural organisations and industry stakeholders to find project opportunities.
• Identify and track poultry farm and feed mill projects (greenfield, expansion, modernisation).
• Prepare technical solutions, layouts and commercial quotations.
• Support bidding, negotiation and contract signing to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and delivery teams and monitor contract performance and timelines.
• Follow up on receivables and support exhibitions, seminars, farm visits and workshops.
• Strengthen the regional brand presence of FAMSUN in the poultry and feed mill sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Animal Science / Poultry Science, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / Automation, or Marketing / International Trade.
• 3-5 years of experience in the poultry or feed mill industry.
• Experience in technical or project-based sales is highly preferred; an existing network in poultry farms or feed mills is a strong advantage.
