Coordinator of Membership & Records

About the role

The Coordinator of Membership & Records serves as the primary liaison between collegiate chapters and the Fraternity Service Center. You will manage member onboarding, reporting, billing, and the production of membership materials while providing excellent customer service to students and alumni.

Key responsibilities

• Manage member reporting processes and guide new members through registration and onboarding steps.
• Coordinate billing, invoice creation, and payment tracking for chapters and alumni associations.
• Oversee production and distribution of membership materials such as badges and shingles.
• Maintain accurate chapter addresses, membership records, and database integrity.
• Provide phone and email support, respond to portal issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with credentialing for conventions, compliance with education and tax departments, and other ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self‑motivated with excellent interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with G‑Suite applications.
• Experience using database programs for record‑keeping and reporting.
