About the role
We are looking for a Contract Administration Specialist to join Zain Telecommunications on a full‑time remote basis. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, ensuring that agreements are drafted, reviewed, negotiated and executed in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners and customers.
- Maintain organized records of all contractual agreements and related documentation.
- Analyze contract terms to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate contract terms and detect risks.
- Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the telecommunications sector or similar industries is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management processes.
- Understanding of procurement processes and policies.
