Construction Laborer, Operator and Superintendent Positions

About the role

V.A. Paving Inc. is hiring for a range of on‑site construction positions, including asphalt laborers, flaggers, equipment operators, foremen and a project superintendent. These roles support the execution of paving and road‑work projects across various sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paving equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently.
• Provide traffic control and flagging services to ensure site safety.
• Assist skilled crews with material handling, site preparation and clean‑up.
• Supervise crew activities, coordinate daily tasks and maintain project schedules (foreman and superintendent).
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in construction, road paving or related field.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and site procedures.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor and operate equipment.
