Asphalt Laborers, Flaggers, Operators and Project Superintendent

About the role

V.A. Paving Inc. is expanding its crew and is looking for experienced asphalt laborers, flaggers, equipment operators and a Project Superintendent to lead site activities. The positions involve working on road and pavement projects, ensuring safety, quality and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Perform asphalt laying, compaction and finishing tasks according to project specifications.
• Operate paving machinery, rollers, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and manage traffic control devices as a flagger to protect workers and the public.
• Supervise daily site operations, coordinate crews, and monitor progress as Project Superintendent.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety regulations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in asphalt paving, road construction or related field.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• For supervisory roles, proven leadership experience on construction sites.
