Arabic QA Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, contract position leads Arabic quality assurance for AI training projects. You will ensure AI‑generated Arabic content meets high standards of accuracy, fluency, cultural relevance, and adherence to detailed rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic content and trainer/QA work against project guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback in English and Arabic.
• Identify and document recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QAs.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain quality documentation.
• Activate and manage contributors who are not consistently working.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Native or near‑native Arabic proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong English proficiency for following guidelines and providing feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Arabic writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or similar workflows.
• Deep understanding of Arabic grammar, spelling, punctuation, diacritics, RTL formatting, tone, register, Modern Standard Arabic and regional variations.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred.
