About the role
The Non‑Key Expert will support the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost” project, focusing on satellite navigation, GNSS and augmentation systems, satellite connectivity and the promotion of space‑based applications across Africa.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, aeronautics, geomatics or a related field.
- Minimum eight years of professional experience in satellite navigation, telecommunications or satellite connectivity, including at least four years on GNSS, SBAS, aviation, maritime or satellite broadband applications.
- Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of GNSS, SBAS and satellite‑based augmentation systems.
- Familiarity with Galileo, EGNOS, IRIS² and relevant African navigation initiatives.
- Experience with satellite connectivity and broadband solutions.
