Senior Sexual & Reproductive Health Manager (Contract until 2027)

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Senior Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH) Manager to lead its SRH portfolio in Darfur until March 31 2027. The role will ensure that emergency SRH interventions follow the Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) and global best practices, supporting vulnerable populations affected by conflict and displacement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all SRH activities across West, Central and North Darfur.
• Engage with regional and national SRH working groups and partner agencies.
• Oversee clinical management of rape cases and collaborate with GBV and psychosocial programs.
• Provide antenatal/post‑natal care, safe deliveries, EmONC referrals and basic emergency obstetric neonatal care.
• Manage syndromic treatment of STIs, family planning services, comprehensive abortion care and menstrual hygiene management.
• Train and coach healthcare providers, ensure timely M&E data collection, and manage SRH commodity stocks.
• Plan transition to a comprehensive SRH package as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SRH programs in humanitarian or emergency settings.
• Strong knowledge of MISP guidelines and SRH clinical standards.
• Ability to work closely with health authorities, NGOs and community partners.
• Excellent coordination, reporting and training skills.
