Sales Manager – North Africa Heavy Equipment

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its heavy‑equipment sales activities across the North Africa market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the North Africa region.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
• Monitor performance metrics, propose improvements and identify new market opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits to uncover business prospects and build a client base.
• Collect market intelligence, including customer data, competitor insights and industry indicators, and translate it into actionable plans.
• Manage accounts receivable and invoicing processes.
• Analyze market trends, track competitor activities and implement counter‑measures.
• Maintain clear understanding of KPIs and annual sales targets, ensuring profitability in the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Marketing or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, excavators, rollers, motor graders or bulldozers.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation and public‑speaking abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• High integrity in maintaining business relationships.
• Knowledge of product applications and customer practices.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Prior work or training experience in North Africa is a plus.
