Operations and PRIME Coordinator

About the role

The Operations and PRIME Coordinator supports programme delivery and the adoption of the PRIME management system, ensuring data quality, compliance and effective information flow across the Country Office and Area/Field Offices.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Operations Specialist in monitoring programme delivery, KPIs and portfolio trends.
• Coordinate the implementation and sustained adoption of the PRIME system, tracking compliance and addressing gaps.
• Produce analytics and reports on PRIME usage, overdue actions and project performance for management reviews.
• Provide user support, training and change‑management for PRIME users, maintaining a network of champions.

Required profile

• University degree in international development, social sciences, programme/project management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in programme operations, information management or coordination of business systems.
• Strong analytical ability to turn programme data into clear decision‑making information.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with web‑based enterprise systems and data quality checks.
