Commercial Director

About the role

The Commercial Director will shape and execute the company’s commercial strategy, overseeing sales, marketing and key‑account management to drive sustainable revenue growth. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on converting qualified opportunities into profitable contracts and strengthening long‑term relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement commercial plans that align with corporate objectives and market trends.
• Lead the sales, marketing and key‑account teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through project delivery and post‑implementation support.
• Oversee pricing governance, revenue forecasting and market positioning.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development & Projects to ensure seamless hand‑over and successful project execution.
• Expand existing customer portfolios and identify new business opportunities within the electronic banking and digital payment sectors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior commercial leadership, preferably within financial services or digital payments.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing complex client relationships.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Leadership skills to inspire cross‑functional teams and drive results.
