Business Development Executive

About the role

Rapid Response Services International is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Sudan office. The role focuses on identifying and securing new opportunities within the humanitarian and NGO sectors, supporting the company’s growth across Africa and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and identify potential business opportunities in the humanitarian and NGO space.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, generate proposals and support tender processes.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal operational teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, report on performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or client‑facing roles, preferably within NGOs, humanitarian logistics or project management.
• Ability to work in high‑risk or complex environments and with multicultural teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, International Relations or a related field (preferred).
• Professional proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
