Finance Manager - Analysis and Audits

About the role

The Finance Manager will work with the country finance team to implement financial management solutions, improve operational platforms, and ensure compliance with SCI’s quality framework and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly financial reviews, balance‑sheet reconciliations and KPI benchmarking.
• Prepare management information and commentary on financial controls and compliance.
• Provide technical support to country finance staff and coordinate cash forecasts.
• Champion the use of finance software such as Agresso, ProSave, TIM and FSC.
• Support year‑end and high‑risk audits and ensure adherence to SCI financial policies.

Required profile

• Accounting degree; professional qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in financial management, audit or compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial modelling abilities.
• Excellent communication, cultural awareness and ability to work independently.
