Field Verification Officer

About the role

We are seeking motivated Field Verification Officers to join our verification team in Sudan. The role involves visiting customer or employee locations, confirming address and employment details, and supporting education and document verification activities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer or employee sites to verify addresses.
• Confirm employment information by visiting company offices when needed.
• Assist with education and document verification processes.
• Conduct phone‑based verification checks.
• Update verification records in the system promptly.
• Capture photos and field evidence using mobile applications.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on schedule.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Report any incorrect or unclear data to the operations team.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, or similar roles.
• Graduate degree.
• Willingness to travel locally; own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.
• Basic English skills and good communication in the local language.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
• Familiarity with reporting tools.
