Corporate Finance Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to provide strategic financial guidance for a global technology leader. The role is fully remote and contract‑based, offering $50‑$58 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to senior management.
• Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments or acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, global business environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
