About the role
The International Key Account Manager / International Sales Manager will lead the development and maintenance of overseas key customer channels for heavy‑industry products such as trucks, dump trucks, cranes and excavators. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing brand awareness abroad, and building strategic partnerships with high‑value clients.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and update the latest information on overseas customers, maintaining an accurate archive.
- Assist in developing local key customers in overseas regions, monitoring market demand and competition.
- Build and sustain high‑level relationships with key accounts, promoting strategic cooperation.
- Prepare customized project solutions, secure contracts, and meet sales targets.
- Supervise, inspect, and evaluate weekly and monthly sales plans and payment recovery for overseas key customers.
- Submit regular market analysis reports on major international customers.
- Formulate and optimise the key‑account management process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, marketing, sales, international business or related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction machinery sales, preferably with overseas customer networks.
- Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, and customer‑relationship abilities.
- Willingness to travel irregularly.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Excel.
