Field Verification Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Field Verification Officer to support our verification operations across Sudan. The role involves conducting on‑site visits and phone‑based checks to confirm residential addresses, employment details, education records, and supporting documents.

Key responsibilities

• Visit residential and business locations to verify addresses.
• Confirm employment information by visiting workplaces when required.
• Validate education credentials and related documents.
• Perform phone‑based verification with individuals or organisations.
• Capture photographs and field evidence using mobile applications.
• Record verification results accurately in the system and submit timely reports.
• Escalate any incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious information to the Operations Team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in field verification, background screening, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, investigation, or similar roles.
• Diploma or degree from a recognised institution.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Sudan.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle (preferred).
• Proficient in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
