Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to provide data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and results reporting for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analyses to support programme objectives.
• Perform monitoring, evaluation and impact assessments, including quantitative and qualitative evidence synthesis.
• Compile and prepare dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor indicators and report results to inform policy dialogue and partnership development.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
