Country Logistics Manager – Sudan (Khartoum)

About the role

Humanity & Inclusion is expanding its humanitarian operations in Sudan and seeks a Country Logistics Manager to lead logistics activities across the country. Reporting to the Country Director, you will ensure that storage, transport and supply chain processes meet the organization’s standards and support emergency and development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution of humanitarian supplies.
• Develop and implement logistics procedures in line with HI’s standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor logistics performance, identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to the Country Director.
• Collaborate with headquarters and partner agencies to align logistics plans with programmatic needs.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control and fleet management for the country office.

Required profile

• Proven experience in humanitarian logistics or large‑scale supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of Sudan’s logistics environment and regulatory framework.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑changing emergency context.
