Area Based Coordination Coordinator – Sudan

About the role

The Area Based Coordination Coordinator will support Collective Sudan’s cash‑plus programming across Sudan, operating from Darfur with regular travel to western and eastern regions and Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of multi‑purpose cash assistance, group cash transfers and emergency business grants across designated areas.
• Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among the 19 partner organisations within the Collective Sudan platform.
• Travel as required to oversee programme delivery and strengthen coordination in hard‑to‑reach and conflict‑affected locations.

Required profile

• Experience working in humanitarian cash‑plus programmes or similar coordination roles.
• Ability to work in a roving capacity across Sudan and internationally.
• Strong understanding of cash assistance, market programming and resilience initiatives.
