Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Web Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role you will implement tracking, analyze user behavior, and produce actionable reports that help optimize website performance, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Develop and manage clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or Tableau to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑based recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with a passion for turning complex data into clear insights.
