Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will plan, produce and publish engaging multimedia content while nurturing an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film, photograph and edit high‑quality videos and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Manage community interactions by monitoring comments, direct messages and fostering engagement across all platforms.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion, delivering monthly analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability and solid time‑management skills.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator or solar) and high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere and Canva.
• Graphic‑design capabilities for creating static social posts.
• Experience shooting and editing short‑form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
