We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in backend development to join a global platform on a contract basis. Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise existing services for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior backend engineer or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using Git for version control.
