About the role

We are seeking a creative Senior Florist with extensive experience in creating high‑end floral arrangements for all occasions. The successful candidate will lead the design process, manage inventory and guarantee the highest quality of every bouquet delivered to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and execution of premium floral designs for a variety of events and occasions.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering and stock rotation to ensure fresh materials are always available.
• Maintain strict quality standards for each bouquet, from initial design through final delivery.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in floral design and arrangement.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
