About the role
Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-level corporate and administrative assistance to the Assistant Director and Senior Business Partners, acting as a key facilitator within the Transformation Directorate.
Main Missions
- Provide comprehensive administrative and corporate support to the Assistant Director and Senior Business Partners.
- Lead specific sub-domains of activity and contribute to diverse strategic projects.
- Support all governance activities conducted by the Business Partnering team.
- Develop and maintain critical relationships between the CCG and HMRC.
- Assist in updating the partnership plan for the Transformation Directorate.
- Implement management frameworks for cross-functional partners and horizons.
- Manage governance committee templates, deliverables, and membership.
- Maintain close stakeholder relationships to identify and influence change initiatives from their inception.
- Conduct forward-looking analysis and manage department-wide partnership plans.
Profile sought
- Proven experience in high-level administrative support or business partnering environments.
- Strong ability to manage complex governance processes and committee logistics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Proactive mindset with the capacity to lead independent workstreams.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail in managing deliverables and templates.
